14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Have all original tags and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number

Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue so we can review it and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Pet treats and certain pet care products for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
